    jogging ra 1 hr a day nya paresi og crunch og squat.. 30 days and u see d diffrnce..

    There are actually a lot of variations for abdominal exercise, sit-ups is just one of them. Actually sit-ups are not that effective compared to other type of exercises. Use Google in finding some of them and couple it with cardio activities, the abdominal area will improve.
