Yep completo bai, with TESDA,SEC,BIR... everything. The thing is that TESDA really has no standard for this kind of training, because they are the only training center here in cebu so... even if their standard of training is very low, TESDA still recognizes them because I think TESDA doesn't know or doesn't care about the standards for training in this kind of industry.
Mas maayo pa nga mag OJT na lang ka sa PNOC. Wala gyud kay makat-onan sa ilang klase, besides ang ilang training is not enough to land you a job in the oil industry. You want to work in the oil and gas industry... this is the best way.
Get a mechanical or electrical engineering course, force yourself to be an OJT for around 2 years with PNOC (very effective... but not required). If possible, get a welding or crane operations training (crane operations most preferred), find an agency that will accept jobs for offshore oil rigs (ex. admiral agency), give an under the table payment of 10k-15k to the personnel of that agency so that they will put you on top of their list.
Kana nga paagi mas klaro pana kaysa mo train ka for the amount of 25k... sayang lang kuwarta nimo.
