If you're a Glode broadband....change your IP address because everytime you start your computer your modem uses different IP and mostly it uses IP address which starts with 222.XXX.XXX.XXX.... You need to go to speedstream site the website address is 192.168.254.254 then the user is admin and the password is admin also then after you can see your IP address. click "disconnect" then connect again until the IP address is not starting with 222, for example 230, or another thats not 222..OK..Good luck...

to find another IP just always reset your modem if you are globe subs.. dynamic ip
