Mathematically speaking, chances are great that China and India will have more drug users than the Philippines. Even their military and education cannot justify that. PDEA is actually contesting the digits sent by Philippines' Dangerous Drugs Board to the UN.

Yes, it was stated that Philippines has approximately 6.7 million users but never did reports mentioned how many does China and India have that is why PDEA is claiming it to be erroneous. What was clear though was Philippines has the highest prevalence of amphetamine abuse at 6% of it's total population, followed by Thailand with 0.8%, Laos with 0.7%, Cambodia with 0.6%, and Myanmar and Vietnam with 0.2% each.

kung ibutang si general palparan or si mayor duterte sa PDEA, mahadlok na mga drug lords. isang bala ka lang man ni ilang motto. at least presence palang aning mga official might be a good deterrent for these drug lords.
