for DA650, yes it's enough to support your HD4870 video card.

Get the HX620W, its better in every way.

It should be enough for almost any SLI and Crossfire rigs, unless its Tri/Quad SLI and CFX

my vote goes to Silverstone DA650 PSU because it has a single 12 volts rail with 54 amps compared to Corsair HX620W dual 12 volts rail (12v1 @ 28 amps and 12v2 @ 27 amps which is only 45 amps in total).
