okay, this is first-hand information.

A higher up was asked to make a compromising action daw but she refused and she wanted to make a stand so she decided to resign. Higher up ni siya, ha. Management level na siguro.

@menzymenz: consider lang if the pay is worth the risk of working for a company that is willing to compromise its integrity.

all i know is that naa silay quota for the sales, but then again, tanan Sales naa man jud quota.. so might as well stand up for the pressure. kuyaw lang jud kay i heard rumors na they could kick you out for a short span of even two months.. if non performer ka.

well, i used to work for Xlibris, mga 1week plus nako, they haven't shown me a contract na ako ma sign.... sa pay slip, maskin same time (number of hours) mo sa imong ka train (as in dungan jud mo ga start, login, log out ha), dili pareha ang pay (as in 200+ pesos ang difference!!!!). my first pay (sa 15th) kuwangan sila hatag nako... ning resign nalang ko wala sila nakabayad nako... but i cant do anything kay paghawa nako, they let me sign a document na i will cut my ties from the company and something about i won't sue them in the future (something like that jud)...

yeah dako lagi ila sweldo, pero wa juy klaro.

gibutang ko nila sa call center dept nila... ang mga officemates nako ok ra jud, we got along well... it's just that way klaro ang company... more than 1 week nako, i haven't signed anything (like job offer nila), i only learned about pila ako pay when i got my certificate of employment na...

i resigned bec i got accepted sa lain na company na mas lingaw ang job... kay ngadto, mej boring man gud kung sa call center dept ka.. hehehehehe

i heard that they hire you for P19,000 starting as an agent but kuyaw ka ma tak-tak... perhaps, theyd hire new ones before you get regularized...
