Xmas shopping pretty much went to the car for me. New clutch + lightweight flywheel + gearbox reconditioning bills for an upcoming track day.
Still was able to get a few good deals for some gadgets:
Sony LCD Full HD
It's the S-series in NZ. Don't know if it's the same coding for Asia models but this is the basic unit. Why go for the basic apart from the fact that it's cheaper than the rest? I got insider leak from Sony NZ that all units actually had the same hardware (more or less). So as it turns out for some odd reason the S units have outperformed the much expensive V and almost at par with W. So, i just got the S and just disabled the doodad that came with it (useless really)--and just set everything from the laptop that's running HD movies through HDMI. So yeah sweet deal.this is the line --------- cross it. i dare you

I got a digital probe Thermometer/Hygrometer for my dragons tank.
All of the rest of my budget went to the baby. Surprisingly, thats all I have new, well I that I can remember buying, hehehe.
