hahaha...heard from a fren man gud bro. inom lang kuno gamay h2o after meal den unya na banat ug inom daghan after 1hr para dili mo.dako tiyan. murag tinuod man pud kay tambok man to xa sauna then karon kay gamay naman.

There's actually half truth to it. Drinking cold fluids can actually make your tummy big faster than normal. And yes, if you're living a very stagnant lifestyle, then it will really make your tummy fat whether it's cold liquids or not or even no liquid at all.
