I disagree that he's a copycat. Even Blaine's material was ages in the literature of the performing art but his arena of close-up magic was new... normally, bombastic presentations of platform tricks were done on the street, then Blaine toned it down and took magic that's usually done in the confines of a studio setting to the harsh streets.
Well, Mana might have some of that "Blainyness", his mentalism and paranormal genre of his tricks have a different feel, usually Filipino performers get to be very "geeky" and flashy and don't have any class in them.
But again, I wished more first-class STAGE or GRAND ILLUSION can be produced by Filipino magicians as well... I miss that kind of magic.
