-College graduate, preferably with an Engineering or Computer Science degree. Masters degree is a plus.

-With prior experience in project management and SW/FW development and delivery.

-Must be able to organize and manage project work plans, provide comprehensive project status reports and activities, follow-up on deliverables and ensures that milestones are met.

-Knowledgeable on Mac, Windows, Unix and Linux operating systems.

-Proficient in using MS Project and other project tracking/management tools

-Possesses good leadership skills, is a team player, and can adapt to varying clients and project requirements.

-Excellent written and verbal English language skills. Highly proficient in written and oral presentation of work output/results.

-Keen and observant to small details.

-Knowledgeable on MS Office Tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Qualification:

-Responsible for overall delivery of host software for Lexmark products.Coordinates with various development, test and support groups in various sites to develop and deliver new products to the market.

The candidate will design, support and maintain Operational Performance Indicators to analyze performance and drive improvements. The primary business domain to be supported is our Small and Medium Business (SMB) Measurement.
