The decision of the Golf Club to expel the elder Dela Paz and suspend the membership of Pangandaman for two years would seem to imply that the Dela Paz instigated the brawl. If such did not happen, why would the Golf Club issue such decision? Surely their decision would be for the benefit of their members and their business.
Well, let's see the results of the cases filed by the parties. The courts will have the final say on this controversy.

with the decision of the golf club to expel the elder dela paz, it is showing that the dela paz started it all. what a twist of events. maybe this is why the dela paz are going for ammicable settlement kay dehado na sila.

That Dela Paz girl thought all her blogging will make a difference. She forgot that the essence of the internet is totally opposite that of media--in media, there is one source of info to many. In the realm of social networks, the information transmitted becomes a peer-to-peer affair, and is now open to scrutiny, careful cross examination and analysis by those who have access to it. In short, she assumed that bloggers and internet users are like TV and soap-opera affecionadoes--dumbly sitting and absorbing everything thrown at them. How pitifully wrong she was. In essence, I guess her efforts backfired. Typical richkid brat, serves her right.

The Mayor said that this was not the case but Dela Paz was insisting and even said (again corroborated by the caddies) "Linoloko mo ba ako?" "Member ka ba dito, Kilala mo ba ako?" (as you can see, this question did not come from Pangandaman. In fact, in the recorded testimony, this is exactly what Pangandaman claimed delapaz had said to him and yet in Delapaz' recorded statement, he never said that the mayor asked him " kilala mo ba ako" Completely different from when the media was already involved.
Now tell me again, kinsa man ang nagsulti sa words nga "Kilala mo ba ako?" Be a good reader.
