Today’s reports add to signs the economy is CLOSE TO RECESSION after expanding in the third quarter at the weakest pace in eight years. Central bank Governor Glenn Stevens will cut the benchmark interest rate again after slashing it by three percentage points since September to a six-year low of 4.25 percent, economists forecast.

where in the world would happily announced that we're in RECESSION, come invest on us....C'MON sis even in philippines shopping malls are always full, kay it became our habits na sa shopping malls ta mag tambay kay free aircon etc..., but it doesn't mean we're buying things...my hubby is an economist his been telling me that this is the worst recession, lots of company would be affected..many of my friends here in spore working in manufacturing industry there company are shutting down for 2-3 months in order to cut costs..

the difference between recession and depression..a recession is when ur neighbour lost his job and depression is when u lost urs.

im not affected pa bro coz for now im still working and getting paid good and my hubby's business is running well.so okay pa.ayaw lang ug kasuko diha..wa pa man nila gi conclude nga in recession najud me.pag ask kuno ug mga aussie beh ug in recession najud me.taga asa man diay u bro?why man gusto au ka na ma recession najud ang aus.?

i am sympathetic sis coz every monthly i send money to phil for my siblings funds. but from 29 pesos to aud...now its 33.80...its raising every next day.
