In the roman catholic belief, we don't believe in this. We believe in Incarnation; the reincarnation of a God to man. Reincarnation is hindus' believe definitely no one is hindu here. Mine is just a view based on what I believe. no offense to non-catholics. Peace.

If GOD is love then how come there are hundreds and thousands who are born blind and disabled? where is the infinite justice and love of GOD that even the universe can't contain HIS LOVE? Doesn't make sense to me your argument and worse doesn't make sense to me your GOD if there was no INFINITE JUSTICE!
