    simple

    get this edimax router

    http://www.edimax.com/html/english/products/PRI582.htm

2 wan ports LOAD BALANCING with fail over (meaning if one connection is down the traffic goes to the live connection)

Ang edimax naa gali 4 wan ports para mo kuha ka ug 4 ka dsl accounts and aggregate nimo 2mbps x 4 =8 mbps imo speed.....

    400 seats

what is the speed you plan to get

DSL maximum speed is 8 mbps down speed and 1 mbps up speed.

I think in your case you need the up speed more than the down speed

each voice line is 64 kilobits per second

so lets assume your bandwidth is 8mbps

8000/64 - 125 voice lines. mura kulang ra ang 8mbps ninyo

I don't think naay 8mbps na DSL pud sa cebu

    if 512 /64 = 8 voice lines multiply by 2 = 16 voice lines

yeah youre right. but for now, not all 400 seats are live.

    so need 2mbps x 2 =4mbps

    4000/64 = 62 voice lines

I think this would be better

Pero and CIR ninyo pila man karon for the 512kbps?

    guranteed bw na ang 512kbps.

though ang specs sa device is very promising, its firewall features put doubt on its integrity.

anybody who has used this device here?

    personally I don't use it.

But for small or medium business okay ra ni siya

but kanang imo which would require voip.

the only solution you have is cisco or quintum which are the leading vendors for voip.

firewall are basically the same. they follow certain networking standards.

you can buy a separate router with more robust firewall features if you like

I think there are more load balancing routers available. I just thought about edimax kay naa mani siya sa manila available.

    kani pu
