Yes, I tried adding evap milk and yes, yummy siya!
I also add a dash of black pepper.
Sometimes, I mix it with Bacon Bits!
My kids love it...

Here's what I mix with eggs usually: onions, onion leaves, chorizo, corned beef, beef/meat loaf, sardines, tuna, chesse, ground pork, and mushrooms

I learned most of it from college.
