Ahay same old story ang mga kuyamuy ra ni dakpan pero ang master mind wla gyud......huwata lang ninyu kana wla na sakto sa bahin . Naa gyud mu pia it. . .ask yourself naa by head sa lto na dakpan gyud? The LTO should concentrate on making sure that only qualified, competent drivers get licenses. You have all osrts of clowns on the streets nowadays with no idea of safe driving or road courtesy. But instead the LTO comes up with idiotic (and illegal) rules against modification of motrocycles! What a waste of time and resources!

computer fee = P67.63

at least 10 people will renew their license everyday, they can buy a brand new gaming PC in a month. think how many people will renew their license everyday, i'll leave that to your imagination.

lupig man ang internet cafe. 15/ hr. ra. sa LTO, wa man kaabot ug 15 mins sa computer inig renew ug license. sure naa mga printings, dli man sad cguro kaabot ug 3 pages ilang ma print. more or less murag 1 page ra man cguro. pla ra ang printing sa internet cafe, 5 pesos per page (black and white). im pretty sure dli sad colored ilang e print sa imong license.

at least P30 - P40 for computer fee would be enough even though overpricing pa gani na. heheeh.

internet cafe - 1 or 2 attendants per internet cafe, low end routers and switches, low cost maintenance, dsl internet

lto - 1 attendant per pc, i doubt if mu gamit og low end routers and switches coz of security reasons, requires it personnel for maintenance, probably leased line wan connection, naa pa gyud overpricing pagpalit sa mga equipment so i guess sakto ra ang 67.63 nga charge

Basta LTO Bro, naa diha ang kusog pangwarta, kaniadto pa gyud na sila ug hangtod karon misamot na gyud. Mao na ang pina ka kurakot sa tanang ahensya sa gobyerno kay hasta mga pobring driver daginoton pa. Ang BIR ug Custom kurakot sab pero mga kwartahan ang ilang gi igo pero kining LTO walay pili bisan mga pobring jeepney driver daginoton pa. Kafaet sa atong gobyerno ug kanus a pa kaha ni mausab.
