I beg to differ from the previous identifications......this is a wolf snake....Lycodon capucinus a native to the Philippines and is a harmless snake...I've been bitten a lot of times by this kind (I used to pet this kind of snake as well).....This loves to eat lizards by the way....For verifications of its id...try checking out herpwatch.org philippines. They have a list of all Philippine herps and pics as well
