Netbooks like Asus Eeepc, MSI, Lenovo, Acer, HP, Dell & etc

Im using an acer aspire one. It has 8 gig ssd and runs on linux. Got it brand new and very cheap. Downloaded a couple of programs to it, now it can play many movie formats like divx, xvid, mp4. Also installed GIMP, a program like Adobe Photoshop now I can do graphics editing. I primarily use it to create articles, go online and email. All in all, not a bad buy. Im not planning to upgrade in the near future. Ive installed an additional 8 gig sdhc to it though. Used it in creating my blog site which is digitaltechstuff.blogspot.com

wrong.. netbooks are for people na d knahanglan ug daghang features sa laptop. meaning ang primary use nila ky chatting, surfing, office works.. mga ana lang. they dont need macbooks for these kind of work..

Netbooks are not primary pc. We just use it for chatting, surfing, browsing and games (dili taas ang spec).
Some of my friends in netbooks-ph upgraded their RAM to 2gd just to have a better performance. Some of them use their netbooks to download torrents stuffs. I have also friends there who are photographer's. They have Photoshop CS4 so they can edit photo's to their netbooks anytime and anywhere. Netbooks are for portability and its becoming cheap now a days.
Karon naa nay mga bag-o na netbooks with great specs. Like Asus N10Jc Nvidia geforce card na good for gaming.

Depende ra man gud na sa specific needs. Di nako magamit ako HP iPAQ kay walay keyboard unya gamay ra sad memory. Di sad gamit kaayo ang handwriting recognition kay kailangan man nako mag SSH ug mag type ug commands sa shell. Kailangan sad nako mag write ug code. Ok ra kung e-mails. Pero kung Unix commands or program code, kailangan jud sakto ang i-type.
