Shipping puppy NEED HELP!!!!

Hi All...

Nag plan ko mu buy og puppy (Pomeranian) but since la koy makit an dinhi sa Cebu, didto ko kita sa Manila.karon, kinahanglan man jud na e-ship....

I hope you can advise something.. please....
Mao ni akong mga pangutana..

1. Unsaon pag ship?(naa koy idea but just want to know more,basin na pakoy la nahibaw-an))

2. Unsaon man pag bayad?(galibog jud ko ani kay basin ma scam rako.. )

3. How about the papers?

4. Mag una kog bayad or una ang shipping?

i just wanna share gamay ako experience from shipping dogs...

@ #1 - when i canvassed for a dog (initially in manila) pirme nako iapil sa purchase cost sa shipping para wala hassle... usually dugangan ra ng seller iya price to cover for the gas & freight costs... then sila na bahala ana... dawat na lang ka diri sa cebu... just dont forget to get the flight details of the dog...

@ #2 - pay thru bank accounts... in that way, you got to know their real name it would be very important to get from reputable sellers... you can always check their previous posts and, if there are available, reputation ratings... in DTO, PPF, etc you can more or less know who are the well-known sellers.. get from them, youre at least assured they wont 1-2-3 you

@ #3 - usually the papers go with the shipment... depends on your sabot

@ #4 - definitely mag una imu bayad... its scary but thats the way it is... if you find a seller thats amenable to ship first before any payment (whether downpayment or full) you have to be worry about it... i was scammed previously when a supposedly seller from pampanga agreed that i pay partial first then she'll ship the unit dayun... sus, after i paid, nahanaw na pod siya... atay lolz...

hehehe mga year 2007 to bro... ug dili iro ako palitunon ato unta... iphone... nailad ko kay karatil man ko dayun ato kay nisugot gud ug partial payment kuno, then i-ship niya dayun ang unit... laliman ka ana hahaha.... little did i realize it was just a bait for me to send money... thru GCash pa gyud... dali ra man ipasa pasa ang pondo sa GCash... toinkz

but that was a good lesson learned.... kumbaga, mao to ako tuition... to be wary and more prudent on my next deals online

ill insist on bank trasfer... i only do gcash, money transper etc on sellers with validated reputation... otherwise bank transfer lang ko.... on second thought, ill never consider getting from "unverified" sellers in the first place hehehe
