the planned LRT was again being raised by former senator herrera, it is worth
465m dollars first phase from carcar to talisay, 2nd phase is from talisay to mandaue city passing
fuente downtown to ayala then SM in in north recle, 3rd phase is from HW mandaue to airport up to shangrila
4th phase is from mandaue up to danao city... i will post the maps real soon

SM will have 2 more malls, one will be in mandaue/consolacion and the
other one will be in pardo/talisay. ang kanang campo dha sa APas is approx. 80 hectares, and it'll
be transformed into theme parks, and casinos.
mandaue city will build another reclamation projct na 400hectares so as LLC..

China bank tower ( 19s dapit sa lexmark)
metrobank tower 2 (50f )
BDO tower (dha sa fuente approx. 25f)

and kanang investment na 80B sa SRP will have 50 towers in a 50hectare land
and many more headquarters will build bldgs. in cebu kay sa kadghan na sa competition at manila.

and do u know na nay plan na maghimu og reclamtions similar sa Dubai?

ofcourse, it'll be raised up too as a point to compensate with the competative
rising plans of the city... i'm sure engineers minds are going ahead of every problem and possibilties that could be foreseen
considering all the sed plans.., buggling them, getting them diagnosis of the problems, and come up with
a laid down interventions...

actually, there are alot of proposed plans with regards of the drainge, and etc. concerns., in fact, it includes
flood maps, river development, etc. have been proposed, and its up to our goverment to do there
jobs,

well, traffic here in cebu isn't that worst compared to manila...
traffics are normal, and besides its not that worst really... i've experiencd traffc from school to home


but! as what ive heard, uhmm there has been a proposal that BUSES are to be used, replacing jeepneys
like in manila transpo system.., but i dont know how its gonnaa be made possible,
if thats the system to be applied here, its hard to picture out, but the reason y a bus system proposal was raised is that they
sed bus are big and could accomodate more people than jeepneys.
