hmmm it's not exactly like that. i cannot divulge exactly but lets put it this way as i remember it and as aptly as i can describe it;P
1-2 weeks - sucks! penance! kalbaryo! if you fail it sucks big time but if you pass it's fine and all worth it and paid for.
7-9 weeks - so-so. it's not bad but it's not great either. it's just okay. it's fair enough.
....yes peeps the timeframe is confusing because it all depends on how fast you pass. basically if you take the short route then you will reach the 'happy' stage faster
HAPPY stage - i guess it dpends on your shift. we were working at night and was getting some night diff plus bonuses. my teammates and i cannot really consider ourselves top performers at this point but lets just say that 15k was just a snap of a finger. in fact we were getting more than that. then when i guess we can say we were performing but not exactly exemplary but rather well 20k was not out of reach. if we put some effort into it then 20+k is really achievable. it's not exactly a snap of a finger but it's not a nosebleed either. it's not even a lot of stress. i can say this for a fact. i've been to several call centers. this is my 4th and this is where i am the happiest.
