lisod man jud siguro na esp. kung sectarian na school ka ga-teach.
kung pwede, teach sa UP College. it would be awesome having a teacher na nagdreads.

people wearing dreads for spiritual practices doesnt only involve rastafarianism alone.
again everything didnt start in jamaica.

I agree that dreads didn't start in Jamaica. There have been records and hieroglyphics of pharoahs in Egypt with dreads. In Africa, which you've mentioned, dreads there were not even made. They were natural in the sense that hair became weaved like that when allowed to grow freely.

I have truly nothing against people who have dreads. I'm all for self-expression. I agree with you when you say that it's their hair, and they can do what they want with it. Kudos to you! My point is: PEOPLE SHOULD OWN UP TO IT.

If people want to get dreads because it looks cool, then just say so. I respect that, rather than they pretend. My bottomline: Do what makes you happy but OWN UP TO IT. Two thumbs up to those who say "I have dreads only because I think it's looks cool and it's what I want to do."
