hi! i'm a newbie here so i hope to get comments from you guys so that i get to improve on my photography these are the latest photos that i took using my konica minolta point and shoot. these shots were taken at sm supermarket. the white balance i used here was sometimes auto and sometimes fluorescent. of course i did some adjustments using photoshop like the levels, curves, brightness and contrast.

@ubejam- could be my monitor, but the first 3 shots seem to be overexposed...

How do you calibrate display color in the monitor?
I am using a laptop, when I adjust brightness, seems to be overexposed in other monitors.

@twin- adobe gamma. if you're using photoshop, adobe gamma should be in your control panel. just follow the instructions.

twinjet, no two monitors are the same. you need to calibrate every monitor you have.

thanks for the comments, guys. i really appreciate it. will try to improve on exposure next time. meanwhile, here's another macro (or extreme close up) shot which quite some time ago. i'm going gaga over my point and shoot's macro mode feature. i just find it so refreshing to see ordinary things in a different perspective.
