1st: talk to them, negotiate, open up your problems, then if they will:
-- tell you that they'll find a solution, give them some time, about 4 days to a week. if still not, go to step two
-- they can't find a problem, tell them that you will go to the baranggay and report them. then they will try to calm down and forced to find a solution. If not, go to step two.
-- they will answer you badly and not in a nice way, then directly go to step two.
NOTE: before you do any of these things, be sure to make some evidence that they have or have NOT complied to you. maybe bring a recorder and record your meeting or conversation, or maybe bring someone, the tanod, a judge, or anyone. This is because there will be times na maapeke na tah.
2nd: go to the barangay and report them.
