A quick Google search will tell you that Falcon based 360s are not 100% immune to the RROD. Just less chance of getting it compared to the original Xenon based ones.

I have a Falcon and I've gotten one RRoD. Had it away for over a month at Microsoft to get fixed.

Anyone here experienced rrod in their arcade system? The arcade system is kinda a mixed bag of falcon and jasper chipset

I suggest you head over to the official Xbox forums and ask the question there. I'm pretty sure you'd get much better results since the majority that read and post there own a 360 themselves. Try link below for a start.
