    if fresh grad paka, maybe failing grades would matter..kay it might be nga ang interviewer adto mobase on how well you perform but kadugayan, esp. kung dghan naka work experiences, di naman tingali..ang ila tan awon more or less ang imo naman employment history, companies u worked for, positions you had, something like that..dili na kaayo sa grades

    dependi sa course kung archi or fine arts ka dli na mo matter totally dli jud...importante nindot imo thesis ug projects...if accounting nursing civil chem E ug uban pa.. yatap ka marka ni judas nana.you regret it for the rest of your school days life... joke! ok pa na sabuta lang nag interview nimo diskarte lang if mo ask y na hagbong ka...

    i heard na if mag apply ka medrep for Unilab kay they dont accept applicants who has/had 3.0 with their major subjects.

    Based from my experience if fresh grad, the companies usually check on grades especially if wala kay experience or on the job training. Pero as springfield said, 3 or 4 failing grades not related to your course is not a big thing. ako bitaw naa man koy 3 ka hagbong puro ra minor pero wala man ko gi question about ana. Usually depende ra jd na sa company and a little luck pud diay
