Nah! Ang Etelecare kay pabayron man ka sa training if d ka mo continue after the 6 months training nila. Nya w/in that training, ur not allowed to leave or make absent.

says who? been with Etel for almost a year, my training was a blast, although ill admit this is no place for lazy slackers, regarding abscence during training, dats stupid, if youre sick you can always be absent - with the proper (medical) reasons of course, nobody wants to see you die in the office. Though since you were absent in training, it will be your responsbility to catch up anyway...

An HR named Tara.. Don't know her last name.. After I passed the exam, she told me about the conditions.. 30k ang inbound nya 40k or 45k ang outbound (naa ra anang duha)..

ok let me clear things up, and yeah i know Tara shes one fo the cute ladies in the office

anyways, training is not 6 months, for some it could be 2-4 weeks, for tech accounts it could be as long as 4-8 weeks. If you quit the job before your bond ends (starts at 6 months for most), then you will pay the bond, IF and only IF they will really do that. Beleive me, nobody wants you to be absent during training coz the employee is not yet productive for the company but it still paid in full. This is a free country, you are allowed to be absent. nya how was it, you passed the exams?

I passed the exams and I didn't came back.. I don't have any regrets coz being a call center agent is way out of my league. Enough na sa ako na nka try ko ug take a call, took the exam and pass the interviews.. The salary is tempting but hago sad lagi..

Also passed the exam. Thing is , im still working also in another call center and i think im earning more than what theyr offering since they offered me a CS job when in fact, im in line with sales. I would say that, its cannot be the highest paid call center in Cebu.

You can always pass a letter of intent to be transferred to another program after 6 months. Pero kung kapoyan ka maghuwat, ok lang. All I can say is, Etel has been a good employer (at least to me ). daghan man pud bonus bisan cs ra ka. Pero I agree na kung sales ka, medjo mas dako2 jud imong makuha.

I think pwede man pud imong ingnon ang HR na ganahan jud ka ug sales kay ma waiting lang ka if naa opening. Daghan man new accounts sa Cebu lang daan.
