if fresh graduate ka. medyo lisod2x gyud pero depende na sa pag-interview and the way you answer the questions... later on medyo daku2x naka ug experience (work related) then wala nana silbe ang grades nimo, ang tan-awon sa mga companies is ang work experience na nimo...

Here in the Philippines, lisod jud ikuha ug job if you are fresh graduate with failing grades because there are only a few jobs in our country but a lot of jobseekers, therefore, the company will have to choose the best.

Nice unta if nag surplus ang jobs unya gamay ra aplikante like in very rich nations, so makakuha jud cguro ka ug trabaho. In other countries, trabaho ka McDo, okay naman kaau ang sweldo for single with no family.

Agree, pero ang paradox ani, how will one be able to get a job and gain experience if one has failing grades?

Coz we need to get experience man para baliwala nalang ang grades.

murag mumatter tngali na pero di ra kana ang basehan.. sakto nga ang skills tan-awon... pero sa case sa fresh grads nga wa pay experience so dili pa hibaw-an ang skills kay... adto naman na tan-awon sa interview... sa personality sa applicant.. mao btaw na nga ang first jud kasagaran isulti sa interviewer kay "say something about yourself"... tan-awon imong confidence.. nya kung nndot imong interaction with the interviewer kay murag plus point sya nga you can have a good relationship with your future workmates...
