Oh well, ingon akong couzin, warm water butangan og vinegar.. then i soak ang tiil, and then pwede na dayon i scrub kay humok humok na.. That is tyaga lang daw kono..

I heard from a friend nga na daw nay tambal nga butng nimu after ligo sa gabi then inig buntag, ma tang2x na ang callus.... wla lng sha kbaw sa name sa tambal... ^_^

kani ako-a first hand experience ni, recommended from my aunt

naa ko 1-inch diameter nga callus sa left foot just a few inches towards the bottom right from my outer ankle bone, altho callus siya kay darker pud iyang skin color so lain tan-awon..mura siya ug healed wound kun mag slippers ko, nawala siya within 3days. i had that for over a year already.

my aunt told me nga before i sleep, to apply petroleum jelly over the area and wear socks, for every night for 1 week, and it will be gone. unfortunately i didnt buy my own jelly and i only used her's for 2 nights before she went back to the house and get it pero on the 3rd day, i noticed nawala ra siya until now.

i highly suggest u do the same before trying out expensive stuff out there.

ako experience is naa jud ko dako calluses both feet nako kana bitaw dapit sa kiting kana segi ka igo sa shoes. karon nawala na siya ang ako gi buhat butang lang ko lotion murag ang technique is to keep it moisturized unya ayaw na wear ug mga tight na shoes kay mao jud ang maka cause ana. so far so good na man... na wala na jud tawn siya thank God.

ihumol lang na ug tubig nga may detergent soap.. nya kuhaon gamit kag kutsilyo or kutsara ba.. imo rang iscrape ang kubal ayaw hiwaa kay masamad ka..

soak your feet with warm water and vinegar scrub it with sand paper ayaw lang sad palabii ug scrub kay basin sakit nasad ilakaw then before ka matulog butangi ug petrolium jelly then wear socks, keep doing it and your callus will disappear in no time

e up nato ni...kay problema pud ko sa ako hands...kalit lang daghan kubal...tungod sa chain sa ako dog...kusgan man gud cxa mao mangusog gyud ko pirme...resulta: kubal sa kamot.
