    Default freelance scam!....?

my classmate was interview via YM.....asking her skills ...php blahblah blah ...she is a fresh grad....
but not as fresh as fresh heehhe last march pa ni grad.....

    employer:...i'm an inde. cotractor/freelance.....

    she:sir can i ask your company's name....nature/background/address/location and etc..

employer: no bec of theft identity... and issuess

WOW CHONG !! LAKAS NANG APIL !

and if u are in a freelance dapat bang may duty sched? like 8-5pm?

and during sa ilang storya sa ym/chatting....employer said you can already work today!? bangas sang!

is this the freelance way na naay workshced..the employer wont tell the exact address, only A.K.A. not even his/her full ****ing name!

doda nako atik ni... so ako sulti sako classmate ayaw ana!

    kamo unsay masulti nnu

    go for it or not!

    this happens last month!

... unless your friend is applying for a call center job/ virtual assistant job, the 8 to 5 thingy is absurd.

tell your classmate to say "no." her potential employer is slippery. he even sounds like he has plans of letting your classmate work like a dog for him for free.

First, make sure he doesn't ask any money from you.

Ask how much is the salary, know what your tasks are, let him pay weekly or even better, daily, and don't work hard on the first week. The employer will understand if you don't have much output in the first week, it's the getting to know the job thing.

If he doesn't pay by the end of the week or even better, end of the day, quit.

Making sure your first time freelance employer will pay is hard to predict but there's no harm in trying if you really want to be a freelance worker
