nope....but having good grades can help...
well, if grades are all you have then it would definitely matter. in the IT field, daghan kaayo ko ug kaila nga daghan kaayo ug hagbong while naa pa sila sa college. what they did, nag take sila ug certifications and other short term courses to compensate and at the same time make up for their failing grades. karon, mas dagko pa sila ug position compared sa ilang mga kabatch nga tarong because they were able to acquire more skills than their classmates in the process.
the moral is that, grades are not the right barometer for one's competence. daghan kaayo ug mga bugoy nga mas masaligan pa sa mga naning.
it depends on the company you gave an application for and what major/course you graduated with.
for example, in the programming/computer science field, it is most likely that employers would wanna know how well you did in school, so chances are that they're gonna request a transcript from you or the college you went to.
naah...sa parents rana mu matter ang grades oi... sa trabaho depende rana sa diskarte nimu nig interview ug exams... sa una naa ko hagbong filipino pajud pero pag work wa naman mo matter...
most companies tan.awn jud ang imong abilities and skills in order pra madawat kah.. hinuon magtan.aw mn sad na cla sa imong grades pero if you ask me, dle kaayo na mag matter ui.. it would depend how productive you are..
