parinya charoenphol or popularly known as "nong toom". she's still active in kickboxing and at the same time is a model and actress in thailand.

at some point, i would disagree with the thread's title. he was once a gay but i don't think he/she is the greatest thai kickboxing champion. buakaw for one is way better. nong toom might be the most popular.
