If you're female, retail therapy works. Bisan window shopping, effective baya. Kana pud aromatherapy ai, effective pud. Unya, music therapy, kang sounds of rivers or the rain, or instrumental music, epektib pud.

Stress eating also works, makatambok lang. LOL
