gi portray ana ang urom or sleep paralysis. makaingon jud ka na work of demons nang urom kay mao man imo makita, demonyo, abat, incubus, succubus.. etc.. pero sa kasige nakog urom kay narealize nako nga murag sa akong huna huna ra man namugna ang mga image na hadlok...

Nightmares were caused by fears.. if you fear about something like "abat" even if you did not see one, surely, you will have nightmares.

hmm.. its been a long time since i've had nightmares or dreams for the matter.. reason maybe is, after making a habit of biting my lips from time to time.. be it a normal day or some too good to be true, or even a horrible scenario.. once i bit my lips and dont feel pain, then i know im having a dream or nightmares.. i think i miss my nightmares.. hehe..
