european union (EU) has listed anew the communist party of the philippines(CCP) along with its founder Jose Ma. Sison nd its armed wing, the new peoples army, among the worlds terrorist groups in the council decision last month.. this means that Joma is decleared a terrorist and he can be killed or caputred in holland coz holland is under EU.

APEC ministers laud RP’s leadership against terrorism
BUSAN, Republic of Korea - Expressing strong confidence in the leadership and determination of the Philippines in fostering greater cooperation among APEC member-countries in fighting terrorism, several APEC ministers on Tuesday lauded the efforts of the Philippines as chairman of APEC’s Counterterrorism Task Force.
"The headway achieved by the CTTF in 2005 demonstrates that CTTF has remained true to the leaders’ mandate in Los Cabos in 2002 to secure the uninterrupted economic growth and development of the region. For this, I would like to congratulate Ambassador Benjamin Defensor [Philippine CTTF chairman] and the members of the task force for a job well done," Foreign Affairs Secretary Alberto G. Romulo said in a statement.

YEs d NPA is fighting for people's rights and peace then y do they harm other people like burning buses and planting bombs on cell sites?if they are only for those corrupt officials why not go directly to them and not include other people in their quest for peace.
