Hello! For us mayor Osmena is still the best mayor that Cebu City had ever have and we can never have a brilliant mayor like him. If you just only know how much mayor tommy loves cebu city then you would understand why he keeps on texting his people about the progress and updates about srp because he wants to improve the city through his pet project --the srp. Just wait for it to be functional then you would realize that he is right and in need he is not abusing his powers for his own good but for the cebuanos and for the filipinos as well...

My answer to your poll: I don't think mike rama will be a puppet of mayor osmena because he has his principles and i know that he will never compromise his principles just because somebody asked him to do this or that. According to one of his speeches: "People would normally think that if mayor osmena would ask him to jump off the building he will just simply jump but they don't know that he is wearing a parachute"....

Kathie, it doesn't give assurance that just because you worked with him your personal biases are to be believed. And I think it is the "other" people who can make a better judgement from a distance.
Hehe, your college prof is a *****. You'll never see the whole picture when you are with it. Gee, why do we have to send sattelites to the outer space to have a closer look of the whole picture.
