since administrator ka, you can always use limited accounts for users right so they would be restricted to install applications. i hope meebo is going to be an exception to this restriction of yours, kay grabe na pud ka-stricto kung hasta meebo dili pwede :P

So depende sa router say "LiNKSIS BEFSR41v4" mura download lang tingali ko sa manual ani
