daghan minyo nag work sa SS oi. and maka hangyo ka sa imong time, that is if ok sa client and ok sa boss. lahi lahi man ang tawo, so naa sad diff. issues.

if wa kay phone time, pwede raka maminaw music while working. pwede rasad ka kaun kaun. dayun storya sa imong tapad basta di lang mag shagit. daghan naa ang supportsave nga wa sad sa uban nga call center.

kanang gi ingun sa uban dire, true sad.....every callcenter man tingali naa jud mga sayup...naa politika....etc etc....

remains to be seen pa ning supportsave....

sige lang ug gamay sweldo, basta kay at least over 10t. kaysa adto ka sa lain work nga sweldohan lang kag 3,4,5,6t. unya college grad ka? my goodness....kanang sweldoha wa pa gani ka bawi sa imong tuition fee...naay pay bawn..books....etc etc....so adto nalang kog SS, nag lingkod ra ko, nag type type, storya storya, pero naa ko sweldo. kaysa college grad pero way trabaho ( no offense) ug uban pa....di ba?

sakto jud ang uban na nagcomment dinhi na depende ra jud sa inyo if mo-uyon mo sa company or dili. If di mo ganahan sa policy or sa management, pagresign na lng mo. Mas maau man cguro if mo-comment mo sa management, isulti tanan bati aron mapangitaan ug pamaagi, dili magsige ug yawyaw ug panaot.

I am not from SS pero naka-experience sab mi dinhi sa company namo na la jud laro kay ana man jud cguro na if bag-o pa ang company, la pa jud klaro ang management, ang policies, benefits..etc... pero if ang mga tao mo-open lng sa management, then maghatag ug suggestions, i think manindot man jud na ang company... mas ma lig-on gani ang whole company kasi both employees and employer and working together as one family and at the same time, mas grabe ang bonding ninyo ana kasi thru thick and thin, nagtinabangay jud. and i am proud to say na as in nindot na kaau ang company karon, hapsay na sya pero still open for changes for the betterment of the company as well as its employees.

Yes, lisod i-compare ang salary sa CVG, PS etel ug unsa pa na nga dako na company pero depende ra jud na sa tao asa sya malipay and asa sya mo-grow and asa nya mahatag ang iyang best sa iya work. So for those people na magsige complain and at the same time nagwork sa company na ila gi-complainan.. i think it would be better if u will talk to the management what you dont like and give some suggestions on what to do. Let's be thankful kay naa ta work. Daghan kaau ato kauban na pinoy who really love to work in a callcenter kasi oki jud kaau ang pay.

bad management mana sila diha oi ila ceo tihik ayu, kanang kano nila diha, init ayu ilang office diha..rip off if i were you try something else except ana nila nag call center.. no joke its not good start baya diha.. apply a buntagan ka diha..

anyway, it would be better siguro if SS employees would open this to their management or ipabasa nila ang forum na ni sa HR basin pa nya mahimuan ug pamaagi. Aw, naa na sab na sa SS manangement if ila buhaton ug pamaagi or dili...

Depende na lng jud ni sa decision sa mga tao if mo apply sila or dili
