eclipse supports a lot of version control system. in terms of GUI for version control, i really like what eclipse offers.

our company is using both cvs and svn in eclipse.

I don't think eclipse supports version control system. Because I have trouble installing subversion plugins on eclipse 3.4(ganymede).

ngek! eclipse doesn't support version control? I've been using cvs & svn on eclipse from 3.2 to ganymede.

what's the error? can you post the details of what you did?

not simultaneously.

one project uses cvs. another one uses svn.

we used to use svn (there are plugins available to use svn with the eclipse ide) but we had to shift to perforce since that's what's the engineering offices use.
