this incident is somewhat similar with what happened to Rico Yan, he was asleep when he died. According to the news, "gi.urom" or what we call here as bangungot.

AFAIK, uromon jud ang tawo if mag heavy meal then matog ditso, heavy meal should atleast be digested 1hr before sleeping.

many times i had these, each time nga mokaon kog daghan then matog ko ditso tungod pud sa kakapoy, inigka.ugma, daghan kog mahuna.hunaan nga murag "nahitabo" during nga natog ko. So i would definitely say i think i had bad dreams / nightmare...

karon likaw na jud kog kaon daghan then matulog diretso, lisud na...

yeah one reason pud na cya na possible... pero in my case, uromon ko for any reason lang jud... but i have learned na to wake up when I ould subconsciously sense it while i am asleep.

yes, urom/bangugot is very dangerous gyud. does this man drink more often? kay sa case ni rico yan, he was seen drinking that evening with friends then died the day after. IMO, most likely ang cause of death kay acute pancreatitis.
