If for house for rent:
- budget is 5k
- ang mopuyo kay tibuok family.
- important lang is safe ang lugar... and near cebu city.

IF H&L (for sale):
- PAG-IBIG is a great advantage
- barato ra/dili kaayo mahal... and not that far from city
- safe ang lugar

hehe.. i guess mao man guro na rent nila run presently 4500 (2BR w/1cr & dining room/sala).. pero kung dili palang unta "liso" ug utok ang silingan... dili unta mangita ug lain... unsaon... hasta ang pulis wala may mahimo... mao ngita nalang lain akong friend...

mobalhinay ang occupants coz of a neighbor nga magdala ug kutsilyo. dalhon2x nya i-ibaid2x sa kural... hadlokan nuon to pero kuyaw kung motukar ang pagka buang. liso ug utok.

i dont recommend that place.

anyways, UP UP UP... hoping makakita ug nindot nga lugar for my friend
