looks to me like a green anaconda (Eunectes murinus). the poor bloke who shot the vid probably ended up with a lotta stitched up his face... as most constrictors do inflict a helluva mechanical damage...

you bet your bloody arse it does!! it feels like somebody just slashed you with a wood-saw... their teeth looks like teeth of your comb... long, straight, sharp & narrow... also the cross-section of a constrictor's teetha are tear-dropped shaped, unlike those of fanged snakes which are cylindrical (like hypodermics)...

between being bitten by an elapid or a colubrid (minus the envenomation) and this?? i'd happily take the colubrid or elapid bites anytime...
