No internet conenction

My brad, naa ko problem sa akong laptop na karaan. Before conencted ko smart bro and way blema internet connection. Karun nag change to pldt dsl, kaning laptop akong pasabot d na muconnect, and there's no sign na ni detect ang pc sa connection. Pero using the other laptop, way blema connection and also the desktop pc. Unsa mga dapat nako icheck aning laptop na d mu detect ug connection? Wa man cguro blema sa hardware k mugana man cya sa smart bro bago lang.. nya g check nako ang device manager, wa man problema ang network adapter.. unsa kaha problema ani? need help

try daw check kung connected/enable ba imo LAN...

try daw release renew ip. check cable connections pud. if other pc can connect then there is something wrong with the network adapter of this laptop. try to refresh it by disabling and enabling it in device manager. Check also tcp/ip settings if it matches that of your provider

Dili lang ikaw naka sulay ani nga issue. Naa ko PC then laptop ako rani puli-pulihon ug taod sa modem sa wala pako router. Me kalit ug dili mo konek ang laptop maski naay IP address unya ma ping pa gyud ang websites. Try nako nag open dns wala gyud. Then ako gi try dala sa silingan me konek man gyud. Akong gibalik sa akong modem dili gihapon. Then akong try safe mode maka internet gyud siya. No choice but reformat akong Dell laptop. Maski taga Dell techsupport wala ka resolved. After nako reformat ayos na.

Just to add.

Before na daot ang laptop akong gi ping ang microsoft.com for half day. AFter adto me kalit lang install ang windows update maski akong gi turn Off then dili na mo connect sa Internet. Hehehe. Si microsoft gyud oi maski newbie rako sa computer.

what i'll do b4 a format as last resort, reinstall ko sa driver sa network card, kanang i delete ang entry from my device manager then rescan for hardware changes

Gi update na namu ang network adapter driver kay gihatagan ko support site sa Dell pag chat namu sa taga Dell. But wala gihapon. Let say trojan was injected to my computer to stop the ping attempts

bro, download COMBOFIX tool, you can find this file in searching google, if done downloading, copy this file to affected laptop then execute follow on screen instruction if done pls reboot to refresh. good luck
