ang 4670 kay 128bit raman bro.. and ang 3850 kay 256bit... and i guess same goes with nvidia cards. slight version upgrade ra sa performance depending on the series sa card.. lets say, 8600gt and 9600gt.. series 8 and 9 but same cla naa sa 600.. same ra pd guro sa HD, 3850 and 4850.. 3650 and 4670. hehe opinion lang pd. hehe

Model numbers can be confusing... you cannot really tell by the naming patterns... a little research will greatly help

while this is true with 8800GT and 9800GT, coz they are exactly the same chips... it is not the case with 8600GT and 9600GT. they have similar architecture but they are different chips. 8600GT have only 32 SPs and a 128-bit memory controller while a 9600GT has 64SP and a 256-bit memory controller, now that's a big difference...

3650 and 4670 does have a big difference. 120SPs vs 320SPs+architectural enhancments... ..

3850 and 4850 as well, 320SP to 800SP+architectural enhancments...

just beware of those model numbers... esp with nvidia..

i'd suggest not buying a 3850. 4X00 series cards are a generation ahead. go with a 4830.

FOR MY OPINION:

ok raman ang 3850..my brother used this card..and it performs well..he even satisfied and bought another 3850...nya karon, his ung crossfire 3850 and ok ra kaau especially on heavy games....dpende raman na sa imo kng asa imo ganahan...for my brother nahan sya kay cool daw ang design and nindot ang reviews...on my side im using invidia vc pero pra kng truelegit, go bro..ok ra 3850... buy na daun and dont forget to post it..hehehe
