I can say that our economy is just a cycle...it goes down and then after how many years, it goes up again. Like what happened to the Asian Crisis 1990's, it went up again by 2000. So you see, it does not matter if there's a crisis or not, as long as you are willing to afford buying a real estate property, then it's the best time to invest!
Don't worry about the recession. Economists said that for us to be able to help daw lessen what might happen next year is to spend and spend so that the manufacturing companies will be able to continue their businesses. I think it was Tina Monsod who said that.
