yes bro... here
Memory Limits for Windows Releases (Windows)
the article you linked did never imply that Windows Vista (32-bit) can address a full 4GB RAM set. it only implies that the said OS can address 4GB of physical memory. so, ang 4GB nimo bro, dili jud na makita tanan. you have to take into account VRAM, and other on-board devices. say, have you ever tried using 4GB on Vista 32??
Have to agree with Carmicaeld. Read Poldo's link below.
a 32-bit OS can utilize 4Gb memory with PAE trick.. although the system still reports 3.5GB or less, applications must be aware of it to take be advantage of it, it not only limited with Vista SP1.. PAE can be set on XP. but that is if you really have a good reason to stick with a 32-bit OS.
i havent tried mga bro.. but ive seen videos posted on youtube na vista 32bit and 4gb. hehe

YouTube - Re: 32-Bit Windows with 4GB of RAM Rant(for raybbo)
Mas nindot 64 bit bro, pero if old school imoa computer na 64 bit, butangan sad nimo og 64 bit na OS. Paspas kaayo modagan imoa PC ana.
for the people who insists that 4GB and up can work on 32-bit system, this is merely detection. the OS still cannot use the .5 GB. it was microsoft who released an updated for the OS to show the rams installed but then again, 3.5GB is only usable for 32-bit systems.
