indian pay imo...wa jud na cla klaro....i've had experiences in dealing with Indians...bright unta pro way common sense...sa PS pko ato.

hmm.. nagstart naman ug operate ang wipro earlier this year (around Feb 200 and nag-apply ko last March, duuuuugggay kaayo kong gitawagan. ikaduha na ko ga-submit ug hard copy sa resume nila, and I also applied online.. wa jud ko tawagi until last month (Oct 200. nice unta to kay madala pa nako akong experience sa PS travel account coz ganahan jud pud ko mag-apply for UA account, until nag-Awol na lang ko sa PS...hehehe...

anyway, dugay jud ang processing.. even my friends na naay callcenter experience dugay sad gitawagan.. sulayi lang ninyo didto, basin dali na karon..

hmmm naa sad ko comments na dawat ani wipro from a very reliable source
1. ang ilang hr manager/director or higher ups sa hr is coming from PS. and in fairness, kadtong ni reklamo ug discrepancies sa ilang pay it has something to do with the system man tingali
2. naa ko kaila(higher ups gihapon) na wala kaabot 6 months ni resign kay wala ka antos sa batasan sa indians.
3. they offer really competitive salary and benefits daw from entry and much more for the management positions.
4. indian managements daw kono treat their employees as an employee lang jud no sense of respect something like that not sure how to put it into writing. sori po

under british colony man ang india sa una bro (long long time ago). mostly sa mga indians native accent gyud naa sad uban sagol british accent.. ang nag call center agent lang nuon mostly ang mga naay native accent..

there's an HR rep there named PJ who's dumb enough, keeps losing our valuable documents, like how many times does she have to ask for a Baptismal Certificate for SSS? tanga jud! daghan na reklamo niya kay bogo kaayo magsige lang kawala documents, she has to ask again and again.. kay tanga lagi.. atay.. and what's even worse, if you resign here, it will take forever for them to process your last pay because as the HR officer would put it, sa India daw i.process!!!! giatay! what does India have to do with it? we're in Cebu, lech.. mga tanga jud.. then the job fair madness they have placed on their recruitment office, it looks stupid noh? murag Day Care ang look! mga kuripot jud! Right now, they have 3, the other one is about to start.. United Airlines, NOVARTIS and British Telecom, tapos the last one is somewhat similar to the one handled by Cebu Global.. ay ambot na lang, if I were you, don't waste your time applying for this company.. galangan lang mo sa inyong oras
