To all those MARRIED: How's your Marital Life?

sige pa share pa mo mga ate at kuya para maka kat-on pud mi nga mga singles pa, nga nagplano pa lang mo sulod sa inyong club curious lang ko, how did you know nga siya na gyud?

Nakabalo ko na siya na gyud kay:
- both of us felt that we belong to each other
- both of us felt the need to settle down already
- both of us saw positive traits in each other that would make us good parents
- we were in our late twenties and already stable, financially and emotionally
- we were comfortable with each other's families and relatives
- we were already familiar with each other's eccentricities and shortcoming and more or less knew how to handle them
- we shared the same interests (M n M - Music and Movies)
- we shared the same views on religion and spirituality
- sappy as this may seem but we could finish each other's sentences and sing each other's tunes
- there is this certain feeling that, "This is the one! Mao na gyud ni!"
(Mao pa lang ni akong nahuna-hunaan ug nahinomduman sa pagkakaron)

To all married couples out there, share pamo. Labi na daghan kaayo temptations surrounding the couple, what's your secret in staying in love always? Ingon sila gud mokopas daw na ang gugma ig minyo (kay tungod ba kaha too familiar na with each other, no more excitement), but mobalik rapud. I hope dili ni tinuod.

There is no secret in staying in love. That's what I think and how I feel, at least. When you've found "the one", it seems like everything falls into place. People say that marriage is hard work, but I disagree. Marriage between two people who fit each other like hand-in-glove, a union between two people who are so in sync (like DyslexicHeart said, that they finish each other's sentences) is almost effortless. Marriage is a true blessing gyud.

Just g0t married last oct19,2008. 3 m0s. Bf/gf and 2m0s as c0uples. Im 22 and my husband is 34 y.o. Im 4m0s and 2wks preg. My 1st child. But naa xa 2 kids sa ex nya and b0th kids live w/ us. I grew up n0t really g0od w/ kitchen, h0usekeeping but im learning. Im a h0usewyf na kar0n, st0pped w0rkng bec. Of preg c0mplicati0ns. Grabe ang adjustments namu. We dnt knw each other's real attitudes yet bt my husband is really sweet, caring, undrstanding, and g0od pr0vider 2 me and hs 2 kids. Im at the stage that i wana b w/ him all d tym. We met in call center and na anad ko cge mi kuyug. Learning 2 b verypatient, caring and role as a wife and step m0m to0. S0metyms i freak out when daghan kau buhat0n0n bt im able to manage. S0metyms, my weakness will take over me but i alwys l0ok into the brighter side of having my own family n0w. No sacrifice, no vict0ry. I pray, God will keep us t0gether no matter how small or big the st0rm that will hit us....ü.
