bro ur laptop memry is a pc100 max of pc133 as i checked the model of your laptop it says there that it has 2 memory slots available and each slots can hold only max. of 256mb/slot..meaning 512mb ra kaya niya....hope this helps.
Each memory slot can hold SDRAM, PC133 with a maximum of 256MB per slot.*

i guess this can hold a 512MB pc133 ram. it has same technology as my other lappy. meaning 2x512MB would give 1Gb
