Go to amd.com website see your processor manual and much better you would interact to the amd forum also and I assured you they will provide you enough answers.
My opinion for that if your using AMD X2 AM2 you can use ADCO. I hope it help!

I am not a user of AMD X2 but as far as forums I read about AMD X2 optimizers, it certainly will improve its performance during games because the optimizer will optimize the cores time stamp. Ang ako lang, why they did not optimize it in the first place.
i installed it before sa akng amd kay i thought maoy naka cause na mag hang panagsa. halos wala koy nakita na difference before & after installing it..although i've read in some forums na ang later versions sa windows xp pro (sp2 & above) kay naa na silay gi integrate daan na murag pareho sa amd dual core optimizer
well, i had problems with games...sometimes it goes too fast and then suddenly back to normal, then back to fast (warcraft 3 and NFS:CarboN)...after installing the optimizer, everything was fine![]()
dili ba kuyaw mo install ug amd optimizer? do u think mas better if moadto ko mismo sa manufacturer para sa tech ko magpa install incase anything happens?
Sa Company of Heroes, during installation of the game, naay ni pop up na ga suggest mag install AMD Dual Core Optimizer for best performance.![]()
makatabang ra siguro ni sa stability.. i dont think this will make your system any faster than it already is
